TVI Vacancies:

i.        Conference Delegate/Regional Reps: The position of Conference Rep. May have gone by default but clarification will be sought from GSO.  We do need two more Reps. and GSR's were asked to mention this to their groups and ask for members willing to stand for this service position

ii.      Health Liaison Officer: Due to personal circumstances Toby will have to leave the position early (cf. Health Liaison Report (Agenda item 15)below) There is one candidate already identified but GSR's are asked to report the vacancy to their groups in case others may wish to offer themselves.

iii.    Probation Liaison Officer: the position is being covered on a temporary basis but continued take-up from Probation Services requires a full-time Liaison Officer.

iv.    Telephone Liaison Officer: Annabel will come to the end of her service term in 6 months so a replacement is being sought.

v.      Telephone Coordinator: Veronica has filled this position for four years and although willing to serve one further year will need a replacement.

vi.    Secretary: John B mentioned that his term of service ends with the February 2009 meeting and suggested that suitable candidates to replace him be sought
